Please note: this is the English-language Sugar Cube Pet, also sold as Tamagezi. It is not a Bandai Tamagotchi and is not affiliated with Bandai.

The Sugar Cube Pet is a pocket-sized virtual pet with a full-colour screen. Hatch it, raise it, and see who it grows into — how your pet turns out depends on how you look after it.

What you can do

• Daily care — feed your pet, bathe it, put it to bed, and keep its mood up as it grows.
• Teach and train — schooling shapes how your pet develops, so no two turn out quite the same.
• Earn and spend — furnish a home and buy your pet a car as it works its way up in life.
• Link two devices — connect with a friend’s pet to visit, marry, and start a family.
• Battles and missions — head out on adventures and take on other players.

Choosing your version

The Sugar Cube Pet comes in Pink and Blue. The device and the game are identical in both, so pick whichever colour you prefer.

Each colour is available on its own or bundled:

• Device only — the pet on its own.
• Device + strap — adds a strap so it can be clipped to a bag or worn.
• Device + battery — adds batteries so it is ready to play as soon as it arrives.
• Device + strap + battery — both extras together.
